Manufacturing

At 88 Events we source our linen from reputable and responsible suppliers around the globe. 

Our skilled cutters and machinists manufacture all of our linen, so from uncut fabric to finished product, every item has been produced and individually quality checked.

Laundry

We launder and finish all of our linen in-house to ensure the greatest care is taken to preserve the linen quality.

Specialist computer programs have been designed to enable stained linen to be treated with the correct quantity of chemicals to allow the stains to be removed without damaging the quality of the cloth.

After washing, the cloths are taken wet from the washing machine to be rolled or dried in an industrial roller, or hand finished in the case of the chair covers.

Special folding and packing methods ensure the linen remains pressed and is not crushed by the time it reaches the venue.

Warehousing & Distribution

Our warehouse and distribution service provides support for both the events and hire divisions. The warehouse staff hold a key role in the business ensuring that all stock is kept in pristine condition, and ready to dispatch at a moment’s notice.
