Where do you hire to?
Anywhere in mainland UK.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. £50 including VAT.
Can I see your products in person?
Absolutely! We encourage you to visit our Glasgow design studio to view everything we have to offer and design your dream wedding on our play table. If Glasgow's too far or you live abroad, we can arrange a 'virtual consultation' using video or photography. Both types of consultation are by appointment only. Please note that we have limited weekend and late night appointments and we're always closed on Sundays.
Do you offer wedding planning services?
Unfortunately not. For many years, wedding planning was a main part of our business however our full focus these days is on making our Hire Collection accessible to as many people as possible. We have loads of wedding planners as clients and are happy to recommend you to one in your local area.
If you have previously booked us to plan your wedding in late 2019 or 2020, rest assured that your wedding will still be planned as per your agreement. We're just no longer accepting new wedding planning clients.
Do you offer a floral or stationery service?
No. We appreciate that flowers and stationery are a big part of many weddings and we're more than happy to work with your florist to ensure any linens or table styling products you hire tie in with your floral design. We work with many of the UK's top wedding companies and we're happy to recommend a florist(s) or stationery company who can help you.
Can my caterer, venue or wedding planner order on my behalf?
Absolutely!
Can you set-up my wedding.
Whilst the vast majority of our clients are 'in the trade' and dry-hire from us, our event teams are on the go most weekends of the year setting up styled weddings. So yes, we do offer a set-up service in Scotland and Northern England but please note this is an additional cost. The vast majority of our wedding clients still dry-hire from us as most venues will happily set up tablecloths and napkins that are hired in. If you're hiring anything from us, it's always best to check first with your venue that they can set-up for you.
Do you ask for a commission if you refer me to another wedding company?
No. We believe in helping out like-minded companies in the industry that share our values of extremely high quality and customer service. Many of these companies hire direct from us or refer business to us and we like to return the favour wherever possible.
